Resource Function: This software service implements analyses of the morphology of volumetric objects. The service will allow for the quantitative comparison of volumetric objects for validation purposes. The service is used as a preprocessing service for visualization services.
Example Application: Morphological comparison of in-silico tumour simulation results with in vivo medical images.
Expected release date: An initial version of this service is planned for the beginning of 2008.
